From perusing your website it seems your product has only a tangential relationship to Lua.
I consider this an unsolicited commercial email, better known as spam. It is inappropriate to abuse a
developer-focused mailing list to try and drum up paying customers.
I think you were well intentioned. If I see another spam from you I'll mark it as such to inform my mail host
(Google) of your bad behavior.
If enough people do this you may have difficulty reaching the inbox of legitimate customers with email addresses.
The easiest mitigation for this is not to send spam.
