I'm happy to see that two of those things were already done: "move
luarocks.org docs" (now on Github, old URL
http://luarocks.org/en/Documentation redirects) and "point
luarocks.org to moonrocks" (http://luarocks.org)! There's still some
work to do but things are well underway.
